Second, it smells and feels just rich and delightful. It is such a relaxing scent. Thank you for coming up with this - I am going to use it every day - it just feels like I’m doing something really special for myself.

I would love to accommodate your need for a custom or personalized order! Feel free to contact me with details -- just be sure to allow a decent amount of time to be sure that I can deliver your order by the time you need it!
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can fix the situation.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bonjour@etrebiennyc.com so we can help resolve the issue. While we are happy to replace any damaged items, we do require a photo as proof of the damage to do so.
If an item is missing from your order, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving it & provide a photo of your entire order including the packaging.
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to USPS directly. Unfortunately, once we ship an order, we can't be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, delivery delays or undeliverable packages due to address errors.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF AN ÊTRE BIEN PRODUCT?
Because we only use all-natural ingredients and non-toxic preservatives, we recommend using our products within six months of opening for optimal results.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY NATURAL?
Yes! We do not use any synthetic ingredients in our products. Only the finest oils, salts, and herbs make their way onto our ingredient lists and all of our offerings that require a preservative utilize a naturally derived antioxidant as opposed to other toxic options.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
We do not use any ingredients that contain gluten in any of our products. However, our products are not crafted in a dedicated gluten free facility.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY NUT OILS?
At this time, our Citrine Coffee Body Scrub, Rose Quartz Body Elixir, Rose Quartz Bath Potion, and Rose Quartz Aromatherapy Essence contain sweet almond oil.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are all made in small batches at our studio just outside of NYC in Hoboken, New Jersey.
